J. McGrath is the President and Owner of Wee Care Day Care and Lads N'
Lasses Academy. Donna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial
Psychology dual majors in Child Psychology and Business Management from
Youngstown State University. Donna's previous work experience includes
Labor Relations Management for the Eastern Region of Ohio for United
Telephone of Ohio and Personnel and Labor Manager for Universal Rundle
Corporation. The success of the Wee Care Day Cares is in direct
relationship to her driving sense of perfection and dedication to the
Wee Care facilities. |  |
| Tammy
L. Wilt is the Director of Quality/Safety & Operations. She has an
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from YSU. Tammy started
with Wee Care in 1989 and has held various positions including
preschool teacher, Administrator and Regional Administrator. Tammy
likes her job at Wee Care because "Quality and safety are the most
important philosophies of the company. No other local childcare
provider has a position like mine which helps us put 'KIDS FIRST' in
everything we do." |  |
| Allison
Shaughnessy is the Administrator for the YSU location and Assistant
Director of Quality/Safety & Operations. Allison has an Associates
degree in Early Childhood Education from Malone College. She started
with Wee Care in 1998 as an infant caregiver at the Boardman location.
She worked at Malone College as a caregiver and has held several
positions with the company. She enjoys her job at Wee Care because "It
is exciting to have such a positive impact on the lives of the children
we serve." |  |
